The Eight Program Breakdown (and Choosing the Program For You)
With eight unique training programs, you might want a little help finding one that meets you where you are in your quest for fitness. Below, we expand on what you can expect from each program.
#1 Weekly Moves
If you’re no stranger to regular workouts, interested in building more muscle, and love mixing up your exercise routine, Weekly Moves should make the starting lineup for your workout calendar. One of our most popular programs, it provides five new workouts each week, with a focus in foundational strength training.
You can complete your sessions from home or at the gym, and each workout includes modifications that adjust to your ability level and support long-term progress. What makes this program even more unique is the option to choose from a 30 or 60-minute workout, depending on your daily availability.
With Weekly Moves, the goal is to complete three to five workouts per week, with a schedule that focuses on training different daily muscle groups:
- Monday – Lower Body
- Tuesday – Upper Body Push: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
- Wednesday – Conditioning and Deep Core
- Thursday – Upper Body Pull: Back and Biceps
- Friday – Full Body and Deep Core
#2 Beginner Moves
If you’re new to exercise or are returning from a recent injury, Beginner Moves can help you build a foundation that will increase your strength, coordination, and balance.
Developed by physical therapist, Dr. Brandon Moss, this intensive beginner-level six-week program consists of 23 workouts that concentrate on training different areas of the body each day, including:
- Upper body
- Lower body
- Conditioning cardio
- Back and chest
- Full body
#3 Endurance Moves
This 16-week program is ideal for runners, endurance athletes, and cardio aficionados alike. With an impressive 64 workouts to complete, you’ll focus on enhancing your strength, learning how to prevent injuries, and improving your cardiovascular endurance.
Through a combination of lower body, upper body, full body, mobility, and self-prescribed cardio exercises, you’ll have a jam-packed workout schedule that complements your current cardio training regimen and enhances your overall performance. In time, you'll find yourself mastering your endurance training.
#4 Strength Moves
If you’re a lover of progressive overload and interested in taking your strength and stamina to the next level, you’re in the right place. Welcome to Strength Moves, an advanced 18-week traditional strength program that’ll push you past your limits, helping you to achieve new PRs and gain muscle definition along the way.
Totaling 97 workouts and averaging 45 to 80 minutes per session, you can expect a rigorous, yet rewarding schedule that incorporates progressive overload in several key areas:
- Push upper
- Pull lower
- METCON (metabolic conditioning, which is optional)
- Pull upper
- Pull lower
- Optional accessory
This is a gym-friendly routine, so you’ll need access to a variety of gym equipment to fully experience the strength gains associated with this program.
#5 Move Anywhere
If you’re traveling for work (or on a much-deserved vacation), you don’t always have the luxury of taking your workout equipment along for the ride. Luckily, with Move Anywhere, you can squeeze in a workout with limited equipment no matter where you are. What more could you want? Step-by-step instructions for each daily workout? Oh yeah, we’ve got that, too.
This program is four weeks long, with each workout lasting between 25 and 45 minutes. During your sessions, you’ll use a combination of bodyweight, HIIT, and resistance band exercises as well as elevated step exercises that pack a punch and require minimal space. Bada bing bada boom. This program is perfect for anyone looking to stay consistent with their workouts while traveling, at home, or while often on the move.

#6 Mom Moves
Yes, you can safely exercise while pregnant with the right program. If you’re interested in a prenatal program that grows with you through each trimester, the Mom Moves program is here to help.
Each trimester-specific phase allows you (and baby) to enjoy safe and effective workouts that help you maintain the strength to support a healthy pregnancy. You can complete any of the 170 workouts from the gym or at home with only dumbbells, bands, and an elevated step.
#7 Postpartum Moves
After welcoming a newborn into the world, your day-to-day schedule isn’t quite as easy-breezy as it once was. Your body probably also looks and feels different than it did pre-baby—and that’s okay! Moves is here to help women everywhere return to exercise postpartum.
If you’re postpartum and want a program that supports each step of your journey, our Postpartum Moves program is just what you need. It’s a 10-week program that we roll out in three phases, each tailored to meet you wherever you are in your postpartum experience:
- Phase one includes gently strengthening your core, improving mobility, and incorporating bodyweight exercises.
- Phase two increases the intensity with targeted muscle-group resistance training.
- Phase three continues the resistance training and adds the final component of reintroducing cardio exercises into your workout routine.
#8 Core Moves
If you’re seeking to build (or rebuild) your core, reduce back pain, and improve your overall body strength, stability, and performance, Core Moves is the perfect program to add to another one of our programs.
Developed in collaboration with a pelvic floor physical therapist, we’ve structured this program into three progressive phases that allow you to master a specific set of movements before advancing to the next phase. This gradual progression enables you to effectively engage and strengthen your deep core and pelvic floor at a comfortable pace.
Each workout is 10 to 30 minutes long, and all you need to complete your sessions is a resistance band and pilates ball. It really is that easy.
